Refund policy
At Alpha Men's Lab, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are unhappy with your purchase after 30 days of use, we offer a refund minus any shipping costs.
This guarantee applies only to first-time purchases of any product. For first-time purchases including multiple units of the same product, the guarantee applies only if additional unopened items are returned at your expense. One guarantee per formula per household. This guarantee does not apply to subsequent one-time purchases or subscription orders of the same formula. For products on monthly subscription, the guarantee no longer applies once the second month’s supply is charged.
This guarantee excludes claims regarding the taste of unflavored products, gift cards, products purchased through third-party retailers, and wholesale purchases.
If you purchase a bundle or the complete Sharp Mind System, a refund is available in full or pro rata for individual products. Returning any product from a bundle or system constitutes a return of that individual product for future re-orders.
Refund Process
To process a refund, follow these steps:

Use the Product: Use the product for 30 days from the initial purchase date. Our clinical support team is available to provide advice on achieving the best results.

Request a Refund: After 30 days, contact us to request a refund.

Consultation: If you haven't spoken with our clinical support team, a Naturopath will contact you to discuss your circumstances and offer support.

Return Authorization: If support is not beneficial or declined, we will confirm your return and provide an address for returning unopened items.

Refund Processing: For single eligible products, the refund will be processed and an email notification sent. For multiple units, return all unopened items with your order details.
- Pay return postage and opt for tracking for delivery verification.
- Once items are received, allow 5 business days for processing and refund.
- Refunds are processed via the original payment method, taking up to 5 business days to appear on your statement.
Important Notes
- Only unopened items from bulk orders approved for restocking are eligible for a refund. Ensure they are protected during transit.
- Refund requests must be received within 45 days of the original purchase date.
- Returned items must be received within 14 days from return approval.
- Refunds exclude shipping costs.
- Sale items are not eligible for the money-back guarantee.
- For bundles, refunds are calculated pro-rata.
- The guarantee does not apply to wholesale or third-party purchases.
- This policy only applies to first-time purchases of any item.
Returns Policy
Outside our money-back guarantee, products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery if they are:
- Damaged in transit
- Incorrectly shipped
- Faulty
This policy does not alter your rights under Australian Consumer Laws. Refunds are processed within 72 hours of receiving the returned stock, taking 5-10 business days for funds to clear. International returns may take longer.
