SHIPPING POLICY

  • FREE SHIPPING Over $99(Non Rural) New Zealand  - as of May 2021
  • $9.5 Extra For Rural Delivery
  • $1 Extra For Signature Required

AlphaMens Lab offer free shipping on all NZ domestic(non Rural) placed on our website, with no minimum order sizes or special exceptions.

Just because shipping is free doesn't mean it should take a long time we understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. When you order from our website, we will post your order within 24 hours (business days) and you can expect to receive your order within 3-5 business days NZ wide.

  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international Alpha Mens Lab customers receive the fastest traceable and reliable service direct from our Head Office in Auckland.

Your shipping rates are calculated by size and weight and are determined at checkout. Please keep in mind international deliveries may be liable for customs duties issued to you by your countries importing laws. You will need to make the necessary payment for your items to be released to you.  

All customs charges are beyond our control and not included in your purchase price.

In order to receive your order via international post, you will need to be aware of your states and country’s importation process and legislation. If required, you must organise your own importation customs documentation to ensure the order arrives safely to you. If your order is seized by customs, you must liaise with your local authorities and follow their recommendations and policies.

  • TAXES & DUTIES

International customers won't pay New Zealand local GST, so the items will be shipped tax free from us, however deliveries may be liable for customs duties and local taxes upon import this will vary and depends on your countries local importing laws. You will need to make the necessary payment for your items to be released to you if this occurs.

  • INSURANCE

A tracking number will be provided to us to keep your shipment as safe as possible until it reaches your destination.
